Thanks Darky! :rose: You get the FIRST PRESSING!

I must admit, that I love Dan's new CD as well, and this coming from a (primarily) "metal head" has got to mean something! He put his heart and soul into this recording and I guarantee that all who order it will NOT be disappointed in its heartfelt emotion!

Congrats, my husband on achieving one of your deepest dreams! :rose: May you create many more!

Thank you, darky :rose:

As soon as I get the inserts and inlays from the printer it will be on its way to you. :hippy:

Thank you, Leilah :rose: I KNOW it is not the kind of music you normally listen to. And thank you also for your patience over the past 6 months whilst I've been recording it, and just generally going nuts having to learn a whole host of new things.

I made a page for this, quickly, tonight:

http://www.westgatenecromantic.net/Night/music.htm

I must also aplogize for our site being down tonight. Our excellent web host has been tackling some security issues. But all is well and everything is back up now. :eyemouth:

I am ecstatic that it is all finally coming together. I have wanted to do something like this ever since I first heard "Tubular Bells" by Mike Oldfield. This has all been many years in the making. For me, it just goes to show that it is the early dreams of our lives that pervade the most. And have the ability to hang on through time and circumstance.

Thanks to all of you who have listened and given back comments, thanks to all of you who have just listened, and thank you again darky for always being there, supporting us in what we do.

Bonne Nuit

Congrats Daniel! I'm in Florida right now but will order a copy once I get home, if Jeanne allows, at any rate...seems these hurricanes aren't quite finished yet. From what I've heard of the CD I know it will be excellent. Great work, and a wonderful accomplishment.

First pressing how cool!!!   :2bounce:   I'm thrilled to "death" for you Daniel.  I wish you a ton of success with it.  I remember Tubular Bells.  It's such a beautiful thing seeing how you two are always there for one another.  You pick the other up if he falls.  You cheer each other on when you tackle something new.  You both rock!!!   :rose: You're "two" in a miilion!

Love Always,

Congrats Dan! The online order form didn't like me when I just tried to order, so I'll try again in the morning. If it still doesn't work, expect a call to make the order ;)

wraith - Thank You :rose:

Aside from Leilah, you have heard more of the cd than anyone else. Your sharing of the feelings the pieces evoked within you helped me a great deal. I am forever in your debt.

darky - yes - first pressing :rose: And thanks for the 6 feet under tapes. We got to watch them over the past two days. Leilah and I may always be there for each other, but you are always there for us. Love always, right back at ya

teary sky - Thank You (and a :rose: for you as well)

I hope I did not make you wait too long for the finished cd. I still remember your comments from when you stayed here. They helped goad me along to finishing.

Let me know what problem you had with the order form (browser, error message, etc...) I'll look into it.

One of the stranger things about finishing this and about to let it loose in the world.....

I find it much more closer to the heart than any of my books.

Maybe it is just because words serve to act as a filter or a veil through which we all communicate. With a book there has to be an inner interpreter - our own minds provide the images to the descriptions provided by the words. This is why some of us are always let down by movies based upon books we have read. They never live up to the way in which we have invisioned them.

But this, for me, is much more scary. For me (anyway), my messing about on a keyboard is a much more direct route to what is going on inside of me. For some reason - and I cannot really explain this - this is much more of me and Her than anything I have ever conveyed to another before.

Maybe because it has been a long time coming. I have had the impetus to do this since I was a teenager. But this is something that could only have been done now.

Maybe it is because none of this was writ from visions, nor from voices heard as a whisper. This was something that was just done. I sat down at times and the result is what just came out. It amounts to the same thing, but in a different medium. All visions and voices just happened. But this had no symbol system to filter it through.

I think I am babling right now, so I will stop. And just thank everyone once again. :rose:

I think it is because you poured your heart and soul into it completely, the songs rising up from within you. Yours words may not be present, but you are!
