Hi Holden!

Glad you like them! I've actually got enough already for another page as well. I'll get that up as soon as I can. Meanwhile, enjoy these!

I wish I had those Danse Macabre figurines. They're fantastic!

Hi folks!! I put up PAGE 12 on the NECROMANCE subsite. I wanted to thank everyone who contributed images, as well as made some just for us. Thank you to all!!! I'm so glad everyone is enjoying this ongoing project as much as I am. We must have well over 150 images thus far give or take. I haven't been keeping a count. Go and enjoy them!

For those of you who are new here, you may not have gotten to that part of our site yet, so here's the direct link to it all

Thanks, Isa! I really like this batch very much as well!! I would love to go to the Campo Santo. Actually, that is where the very first "Danse Macabre" was discovered, so it is only fitting that it should continue the tradition.

Glad to know that you are enjoying it all! I only wish that I could compile this all into a book for posterity. What a wonderful project that would be!! :2bounce:

That's an excellent page. The entire collection would indeed make a great book. I love the diversity in styles and moods. Every time I look through it I find something more to appreciate.

favorites on the new page: the very first image, & the piece by Brom. like the tophat...reminds me just a bit of Baron Samedi (the Haitian Vodou Death Personification) though the mood is far different from the conception of Samedi, who tends to be irreverent...Death as Great Equalizer, with all the satiric mockery of human pretensions & delusions that this implies.
