from the letter:
May you always be humbled by its brilliance and may it always serve to illuminate the shadows that create fear in the minds of men, yet may it never blind you to your own unique path and purpose. We are all Azrael's humble voice. end quote.
We have a long way to go toward making the society in which we live tolerant to death, reverent to its messenger, and above all, willing to stop, be silent, and glean necessary wisdom from those who are and those who serve the dying, dead, and mourning.
Azrael speaks through these people and in these situations.
I know what love is, not just because I've been loved or I love, but because I've had to surrender my love to the universe. I learned that the distance between the earth and the next world spreads a soul, opens a heart, and brings care without wear to the individual.
