"If people could figure out, by now, what to do with other people - well, then, the world would certainly be less populated - wouldn't it? Perhaps "half-souls" wouldn't even exist "

Yes Daniel I definately agree! Burzum and I can talk for hours and get quite the emotional charged connection. I believe most of the world problems are becuase people don't talk enough, nor create enough. Therefore they don't create themselves enough.

Quote (lyliaun @ May 10 2008,5:07pm)
"Well, that's simple - pop on in to the Ego Cafe and become the resident poet, or grouch, or senile old fart, or whatever. Treat other people like dirt, what the hell do you care? You're the only one that matters. You are so special that you must go on forever, quirks and all, because the universe needs someone with just your specific qualities, likes & dislikes. "

  A person I know has been lost to this attitude. They were once an understanding and deep soul whom loved to talk about the very nature of life and death . Now... every thing trivial and they care more about money and out doing everyone.

I thought that people must choose to be whom they are by choosing what they are not as you get older, but this case is a real WTF.

lyliaun - the reason I can write that is because I have been that....  :banghead:

I personally feel that this a something that cycles, and it can rely upon many other things.....

Sometimes someone can get too wrapped up in what they are doing and forget the things that ARE important....

I see myself doing this more and more lately and it can take a sharp shock to get one back to what matters.....

The best one can do is to attempt to strike some kind of balance.....  :rose:

I agree, that if people talked more instead of being shut in - in the world behind their eyes.... we would all be better off.....

I actually believe that they stopped living behind their eyes, and started to worry about what they "project" and how they appear, and then they see how everyone else behave, and start to act along, erasing themselves as they go with it.. It´s not considered "productive" to use one´s head perhaps :P

Why do I believe this then?  Because I live too much in my head. I don´t do much on my days, since there´s already so much going on inside that I can´t distract myself with things like "what´s the latest pair of pants" and whatever people seem to be focusing on.
Alot of people that I observe and talk with don´t seem to think longer than what they "have to do" and should do and so on.

What would be needed is that people could stop dumbing down and start to think while they´re talking.. or better, think before talking.. Heck, think at all!!

Yes people need to take responsibility for their words, actions of course also. Responsibility in the way that they need to stop faltering. I can write this becuase I am coming out of the shell.   :rose:  Thank you Daniel that helped me alot!

Jentzi dont be too hard on yourself. Alot of people believe that eyes are the window to the soul. Living behind them also has its +. Sometimes though if I can feel an attitude coming on I go look in the mirror and I see what my face is pulling. This makes me smile more so I know not put pull certain faces  :eyemouth:

But mirrors reflect what is in front of them.
So perhaps what one sees is oneself when looking on someone else´s eyes?

Whoa, that was a thought!.. Gotta reflect on it more though :)
