Sounds good to me. I like apple cider vinegar on my salads. Do you?

Never had apple cider on salad, but the non alcoholic kind would probably go good with my salads if I simplified 'em.  I usually put everything I can fit in the bowl.  Ideally, butter lettuce, spinach, Roma tomatoes, Compare tomatoes, and sometimes another kind of tomato, sweet onions, Persian cukes are the best, though they cost so I usually use English, garlic, avocado, radishes when the store has 'em, and fresh basil.

Oops.  Didn't read it right.  It's OK, but for me I'm a balsam vinegar freak.  I also like rice vinegar, and malt vinegar is third.  We use apple cider vinegar for medicinal purposes.  Or at least I used to before I retired from life.  Danu still does, though.  It's a very healthy food.  And you may be pleased to know I went non-vegan vegetarian last March.  No more chicken for me.  Again, the last animal I ate.

Tastes like smoked guacamole.  It's the peppers

6 hass avocados
1 head minced garlic
1/2 medium chopped sweet onion
3 kinda big chopped compari tomatoes
1 can San Marcos chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 heaping tablespoons of garlic powder
3 heaping tablespoons of Trader Joe's organic mayo
1 teaspoon of garlic salt optional.  (I didn't use it.  I rarely use salt.)

Goes great over hash browns (Trader Joe's of course.)  Good sandwich topping, too.

If I'd remembered to buy cilantro, I woulda put a half a bunch of that in chopped up, but. . .

This is for Trader Joe's customers, though some things I had to go off brand since TJ's didn't have 'em.

2 olive tomato focaccias
1 jar kalamata olives
1 jar capers
1 jar artichoke hearts
1 jar sun dried tomatoes
1 jar artichoke bruschetta
1 jar tomato olive bruschetta
12 oz fresh mushroom of choice (I like crimini)
1 cube unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 heads fresh chopped garlic
1 sweet sliced onion
1 coloured bell pepper
4 oz of fresh spinach
1 vial of cracked chili peppers

Saute mushrooms in butter 7 minutes, set aside

Saute spinach, onion, chopped garlic, bell pepper in olive oil 3 minutes, set aside

Mix well, and heat olives, capers, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, heat 2 minutes, set aside

Spread a thick layer of both bruschettas on focaccias and heat for 3 minutes in preheated oven

After the focaccias are heated, pour on the mushrooms, then the fresh veggie mixture, then the marinated veggies and top with cracked chili peppers.  The 'pizza' is gonna be sky high, and one of the most decadent things you can eat.  You have to eat it with a knife and fork.
