Finally saw this thing for the first time in my life.  Great flick.  They don't write 'em like that anymore.

You just saw this NOW???? Man, I must have watched that 30+ times! Still a classic, albeit a tad hippy-trippy!

I watched the tv series, but never the movie.  No money when it came out at the theatres 'cause I was just a wee crotch dropping, I mean food product bein' I'm still a crotch droppin', not havin' bee a C-section, but I just never got around to it until now.  Haven't thought about it in forever, and then it just occurred to me to load it up yesterday.

Dayam!  Took The Matrix down.  Not there anymore.  So much for 'videobash'.  Guess you can google it, and see if you can find it somewhere else.

Cool, now I can easily watch it when and if I want to. I enjoyed 2 other movies made by the Wachowskis: V for Vendetta and Cloud Atlas. I'll take this opportunity to highly recommend the graphic novel of which the movie V for Vendetta is an adaptation, and also the novel Cloud Atlas. Good stuff!

Thanks.  We might check it out later to see if we can find 'em.  If we can, we'll post 'em here.

Another movie that I actually haven't seen yet; though me and my nose may watch it later today.

Add-on edit.

OK, I saw it.  James Caan is a crappy actor, but I'm glad I watched it anyway.  The ending leaves you hanging, but oh well.  It's got an Ayn Rand touch in that the lead refused to compromise himself against all odds.

Mephisto Waltz

Saw it twice, and can't remember it.  Looked up the plot, and   Body snatching, subtle human sacrifice, deal with devil for the sake of revenge. . .

Add-on edit.

OK, I saw it again!

LOVED IT!!!!!!!!  The ending is HILARIOUS!

Jane Fonda as a real bitch who ends up killing a spurnsomedude she's infatuated with via a fire to his stables, is befriended by a mysterious black horse no one else can get near, which is kind of like one on one of her frayed tapestries that she has redone, and when the horse is reweaved entirely, she commits suicide by riding the horse into a fire.

I saw this originally in the 1970s, have been wanting to see it again forever, and finally found out how to find it, being I had no idea of what the title was.  It's in French with English subtitles, but it's pretty awesome.  Well, I liked it despite the crappy reviews, but I like horses, so. . .  I think the horse was a friesian.  If not full blooded, then at least half.

Kind of a cool flick.  Shows how these circus attractions are human, and no different from the rest of us; though I found parts of it hard to understand.  It's more of a sympathetic flick, and not an exploitive movie.  I don't know why it's considered a horror show.
