I know we have a topic in regards to music to be played at one's funeral. But, if you could have any one song follow your presence, in pure theatrical film style, especially one's entrance into anyplace, what piece would you pick that sums up all that you believe you are, which would play during one's entrance into a room of people? Something to herald your coming.

It can only be one song.

Holden, I continue to be pleasantly amazed at the vastness of your interests.  Bravo!  Not one that would work for me, but an impressive selection and artist.

I may have decided upon one!

(Now watch someone like Holden catch me up on not getting the details right   )

March of the Toreadors

I think its from Carmen, by Bizet?

When Allegria isn't there, its refrain is frequently prancing through my mind with the sound of flamenco heels striking the floor.  And it sort of fits my general mind set when I make an entrance.

Tough one. Right now; "Bethany" and "Fairytale", by The Last Dance. The first one doesn't count as another song because it's really one song. The intro just has a seperate name.  rip

No, not "Ben"..
Athough it's tempting to have it be a heavy rock piece or something atmospheric by NIN, after so many years living almost reclusively and writing by candlelight it's more fitting to
use the haunting oldie "Poem on the Underground Wall", by Simon and Garfunkel, of all people......
