Yeah, i'll be going back to that link a lot, Morgan!!!  Looks like it's got down to the bones good information.  The psychopath/sociopath thing got my attention, boy howdy.  I can't begin to tell you how many people I know that fit the bill, including me.  I sometimes wonder if anyone has true empathy or is it just another self serving mechanism?  I need to take the personality disorder tests but a present I'm just going to absorb the shock of the magnitude of the resource.   :eyemouth:

Luke, I miss you more than i'll ever be able to say.  I was shattered when we had to part.... you were such a good guy and you tried so hard to be that way.

Jerald caught me in the driveway as i was getting out of the truck.  He had another notification of a blessing of the animals out Unionville way and tried to give me a copy but i told him that King Luke had to be put down last December 2nd and that i had no replacement.  Then he told me that his Dog got hit by a vehicle deliberately just this past August 30th; he saw the guy deliberately swerve out of his way to kill his dog.  Sat with it on his lap all the night long and then had it cremated.  Waiting for the ashes to arrive in an urn.  The man is a devout Catholic yet he said to me, "You know, those priests don't believe that Dogs have a soul, but they're full of shit!" i readily agreed with him.  He went on to say that we will be judged by the way we treat the animals." I told him i felt the same way. But for all of the judgments that i face when this lifetime of mine comes to an end, the ones that i fear the most are the ones concerning how i have treated the animals of this world, directly as well as indirectly, through my stupidity and indifference.  I have come to the conclusion that actions of stupidity that cause harm to animals whether inadvertently or intentionally are actions which will be judged.  Be prepared for that evil delivered upon the animals to be delivered back to you, in one way or another, in one place or another, at one time or another....

You got me out of the house today big guy; the sad and haunting sound on the radio got me to picture you my mind walking along the horizon with the sun setting behind you.  I was not there. I'm so sorry.
