On another thread, I noticed Sio wrote: "The fun facts are little "news briefs" from Mortuary Management Magazine...
Their website is http://www.abbottandhast.com/ "

The site itself has links to other "Death Care Websites", and sections like "Buried Treasures" (no, not necrophiliacal delights, but old news bits and obits...)
I also found on that site a bookstore section with short reviews of books on embalming techniques, cemetery management, "How Different Religions View Death and the Afterlife". Interesting! Thanks, Sio...

One of the favorites in my black T-shirt collection bears the logo of "Bert & Bud's Vintage Coffins" with their slogan, "Don't be caught dead without one.". These are two master woodcrafters who will build exquisite repros of antique coffins, plus unusual custom jobs such as dollhouse, paddlewheeler riverboat, even Santa Claus coffins! Their handsomely redesigned site also includes an excellent link section to worthy organizations such as The Association for Gravestone Studies and FAMSA, the non-profit Funeral Consumers Alliance, a "federation of non-profit consumer information societies."

For a great death-related page of links, may I suggest the Post Mortem Seach Engine (from our links page) at

Check out http://www.hbo.com/  ....and click on SIX FEET UNDER...they have actual interviews with the cast as well as the great death-related commercials they slipped into the first episode...also some clips from the show.  Check out Frederico...the great reconstruction artist.....little too much sex in this show ...would rather see more on the funeral biz....but that's my opinion.  And the cemetery scenes...ooooh the cemetery scenes....enjoy.  ;)

I'm not sure if this is exactly necro-related, but it sure looks like it.

Hiya Hayla!

That's actually an art site, we have them on our links page. They took a 1971 Cadillac hearse and customized it to look like a gothic cathedral. VERY COOL!

As far as necro sites go, you might want to check out the new banner on our links page called "necrophilia".

I don't really know how to do this, and if this is appropriate, but I found a nice postcard site featuring cemetary shots.

I hope this works - they're very cool!
